For example, when I am trying to plan a trip from Mernda to Pakenham, Shuttle suggests that I should take the V/Line from Flinders Street to Pakenham- which isn’t available for that route. The UI is nice though. But for a paid transport app it should be able to do the same things as the free PTV app. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for using Shuttle. V/Line services do run from Flinders Street to Pakenham, and the PTV journey planner actually suggests that same route too. Therefore, the Shuttle journey planner appears to be working correctly in the case you're describing. Like anytrip app has? ### 4/5 — Train Stats and Platforms *2026-04-27* I believe it was advertised that this app could show nerdy train stats like what train and model is running the service (i.e. EDI Comeng, VLocity, Siemens Nexus, etc) and the train number (1048T or like 393M or 394M), I can’t seem to find this information anywhere in the app - where to find this? Also, the app doesn’t seem to show the platforms that V/Line trains are departing from which makes it as useless as the PTV app - if this information is available - please let me know where to find it. Another part is that the app doesn’t seem to show the next departures properly. I set my starting location to South Yarra Station and destination to Southern Cross Station, and instead of showing the next service departing in 5 mins, it showed the first service to depart being the one in 15 mins. Apart from that - I love the Live Activities and (I’m not sure how to set an alarm for when my train is supposed to arrive at my stop - pls help me with this as well) and yeah the app is really good. ## Frequently asked questions about Shuttle ### What public transport services does Shuttle support?
