SAY WHAT NEEDS DOING
Record a task in your own words. Shuuty prepares the title and description, recognizes the due time, reminder, assignee, and place, and can split several thoughts into separate tasks for review.

CHOOSE THE CONTEXT AND DELEGATE
Decide whether the task is private, assigned to a friend, or connected to a group. When you delegate it, the assignee receives it right away, while you can track tasks awaiting acceptance, in progress, and completed.

KEEP THE FULL CONTEXT
Private, Received, and Delegated tasks have clear, separate views. Add subtasks, priorities, due times, reminders, and locations. The conversation and activity stay with the task.

ONE GROUP, MANY ROLES
Use a group as a team workspace, community, client collaboration hub, service offer, or product showcase. Add a detailed description, gallery, public location, and interests. Enable only the modules it needs: chat, threads, tasks, calendar, bookings, plans, projects, and time tracking. Group settings keep its modules and ways of working under control.
