我两个孩子，手机一样，手机卡都是副号，都买了6年的VIP，开始还一切正常，用到半年以后，前后出现管控模式下可以随便玩手机的情况。 客服说手机软件升级了他们没有权限了，让连电脑激活，我没有电脑，就让恢复出厂设置。老大不愿意恢复，把软件卸载了，手机一切正常。 老二恢复了出厂设置，没多久，又出现开着定位却提示定位关闭直接锁屏的情况，还不能接打电话，连联通客服都打不出去。 客服给出的方案就是关闭打开各种设置，解绑软件，退出强管模式，还不行就是电脑激活，还不行就是恢复出厂设置。 一顿操作正常不了几天，又出现各种问题，依然是上面那套流程，反正就是问题解决不了，钱也不给退（超过七天就不给退了），你要用就得这么一直折腾，你要是不想折腾，就一直跟你抱歉。 如何各位家长有大把的时间，可以一直拿着自己和孩子的手机配合客服各种操作，那大可以放心充会员，如果家长们不在孩子身边或者工作很忙，还是避雷吧，耗不起
