This is the first time I am having issue. Enrolled for later date and realized none of the time will work. Requested for the refund but shyft team denied as they don’t have refund policy. I had a clear miscommunication as I live in USA, never thought team has all schedules on indian time as there was no time zone mentioned. Please beware.

I am a Shyft member for more then 1.5 years now. And I felt transformation in my body they the yoga sessions that I take 5 days a week. 
Komal is my teacher and she very patiently understands my body needs and teach me various yoga poses. I love both Shyft and Komal. Highly recommended!!!!

Absolutely loved the Mindhouse app, the flexibility and the convenience of getting into an exercise regime from the comfort of your own home in a safe environment. I can also speak to the coach whenever I want to make any changes to my schedule etc. Thank you

Excellent App!
I am so delighted to use Mindhouse App.  It offers everything I need! 
The video quality is great.  Sleep stories are wonderfully narrated.  
Every sessions be for yoga, breathing exercise or meditation are are very nicely done, it feels you are physically in front of the trainers.
Besides, the App gives all information with details.
Thank you for the great app!
