I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised. The walk through agent was very attentive, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I also assume that this method is more efficient and allows moving companies to service customers safely and expeditiously. All the person had to do was send us an invite link and we went straight to the call. No hassling trying to input a link. I understand that the video dropping out is due to the poor connection, but once that happens the video almost never returns. I had to close out the session and reconnect basically every time, which is super annoying ### 4/5 — Good When It Works *2021-07-12, version 5.1.7* We tried 3-4 times and could jot get sound from my end. Tried to fwd meeting invite to another phone but it would not work. Finally tried to go through the video consultation without good sound just using hand gestures to answer questions. After a few minutes our consultant said the sound picked up and he could hear us. Video was adequate and screen rotation and torch features were very helpful. The agent I had was very kind and understanding very patient and she explained the process to me so now I’m just waiting on the list and then they’re going to work on the quote so far everything is great. ### 5/5 — Pleasant Virtual Estimate Video with John *2023-06-30* I just did the virtual furniture estimate with John. John was pleasant and was not in a hurry. He was professional and non-pressuring. His care came across which was a welcome gesture especially when you’re packing, stressed, sweating and everything that comes with moving. This is step number one we still have to see the estime and have them move the furniture to have a full picture of a review. If we choose to go with AB movers, I’ll be back for another survey/review.
