Missed the first call because the email I got said the call would be done through this app, so I wasn’t expecting a call from an unknown number. Anyway, did a second call, listed everything in my apartment, rep said they’d have quotes in a day or two… and then nothing. Never received the quotes, and (8 days later) rep hasn’t responded to email or text.
