Even if it says I’m logged in, I cannot access my tickets on the dashboard. I always have to relog in on the website and it reverts back and forth between the website and the app. Poorly designed. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-08, version 4.04* This app works maybe a quarter of the time. And that question is even a hypothetical because it has never successfully synced. Isn’t there some middle school kid who can vibe code fix this? Constantly waiting for what seems forever while app is always “syncing account” ### 3/5 — Web passkey doesn’t auth for app *2026-05-13, version 4.03* If you signed up on web and use passkey, then signing in on the app won’t authenticate correctly to deep link you back into the app. I had to reset my password and then was able to authenticate on the app. ### 1/5 — Disaster of an App *2026-05-11, version 4.03* For some reason the New York Red Bulls thought it would be a good idea to move ticketing to SI Tickets. It was a terrible idea. The App often glitches out at the stadium, stuck in an endless cycle of “synching account.” And there’s no way to add tickets to your Apple Wallet during the random times it actually works. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-05-10, version 4.03* This app is so bad. I don’t even understand. All this app has to do is keep track of digital tickets and reliably display them. That’s it. And it just. Can’t do it. I literally don’t even understand how this is legal.
