This is arguably the worst-developed app I’ve ever used…more functions don’t work, than work. You cannot download them ahead of time. The app never works you have to go on the internet to their website while awkwardly standing in line to get into the event. Constantly “syncing account”, even when connected to fast wifi. Tickets never load. Lucky SI tickets website is more reliable and allows you to download to Apple Wallet. The app just sends you to a web browser on your phone to sign in and then you manage your account from that browser. Horrible user experience. As much as I love Gotham FC, if this is the only way to manage my tickets, I would rethink renewing my tickets next season ### 1/5 — worst ticket app *2026-03-21, version 4.00* As a Gotham season ticket holder, we are forced to use this app. It is horrendously glitchy with a message “syncing account” until the app is delete and redownload. We can’t add the tickets to Apple wallet until right before the games. I am a Gotham fc season ticket member and have to go to the SI tickets website every time I need to access my tickets. Last year we used Ticketmaster and it was so much better ie it worked at all!! ### 1/5 — Not a great start for Gotham FC *2026-03-21, version 4.00* I downloaded the app to access my Gotham FC tickets. I had a friend who also wanted to go to the game, so I tried to buy an additional ticket through the app. Purchasing a ticket in the app opens a web browser inside the app. Then that web browser is like, “have you considered downloading our app?” And then everything constantly refreshes, freezes, fails to load. It took me 20+ minutes just to buy a ticket to a match. Thank goodness I’m a STH because I would hate to do this every time to buy a ticket for a Gotham FC match. ### 1/5 — Forever to load the tickets *2026-03-16, version 4.00* It takes forever to load my tickets, is a constant problem it always “loading account” and I go to the website rather than using the app. This needs to be improve ### 1/5 — Awful - always Synching *2026-03-13, version 4.00* Really hate this app. Need it for Gotham games and constantly need to delete and re- add to view tickets. Very concerned they won’t allow download to digital wallet as what happens if the app does not work day of the event. Get it together!!! ### 1/5 — It takes a lot for me to miss Ticketmaster… *2026-02-26, version 3.99* …but this app did the impossible. I downloaded it because as a Gotham FC season ticket holder, I had no choice. The app looks like it was designed by a 5th grader. I am consistently unable to view my season tickets because it is forever “syncing my account”. For managing my tickets, I end up using the website because it is more reliable. I also hate getting promotional notifications from the app, so I turned them off. I truly resent being asked to turn notifications back on every single time I open the app. It’s just the latest grotesque example of late-stage capitalism and rent-seeking from a captive audience of season ticket holders of teams I actually do support. Don’t use this app unless you have to. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-09-13, version 3.89* Pretty terrible user interface. Can’t add tickets to my apple wallet (just won’t work, gets stuck on a permanent loading screen) and the app is so slow, unreliable, and wonky. Can’t pay invoices because the app gets stuck on screens that seem too big for mine and I just have to exit the app. Least user-friendly ticketing app I’ve seen in a while. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly. Bought tickets and then 6 hours later said that they weren’t available and then the prices went up and they wouldn’t do anything. Even if it says I’m logged in, I cannot access my tickets on the dashboard. And that question is even a hypothetical because it has never successfully synced. Isn’t there some middle school kid who can vibe code fix this? It was a terrible idea. The App often glitches out at the stadium, stuck in an endless cycle of “synching account.” And there’s no way to add tickets to your Apple Wallet during the random times it actually works. And it just. Can’t do it. I literally don’t even understand how this is legal. I log into browser and nothing happens in the app. It doesn’t go back to app, and manually going back to app it is not logged in. Pretty basic stuff. It was the first time I ever bought concert tickets and heard of SI Tickets. I couldn’t find many reviews so I thought I got scammed. BUT I got the tickets the day before the event and it was sent thru Ticketmaster. Everything worked perfectly! Def will use again. ### 5/5 — BEST IN THE BUSINESS *2021-12-07, version 1.8* Low fees and amazing customer service. I had never heard of SI Tix but I’m glad I found them. They charge a $10 fee, which is way lower than most ticketing sites! ### 5/5 — Worked perfect. Got my tickets way before event. *2021-12-01, version 1.8* Pre-ordered concert tickets before the tickets were even officially on sale. They sent me my tickets the exact day they officially went on sale (a good 10 months before the actual concert).
