Discover has been rewritten. The guides are now essays rather than lists: why Bangkok's grand hotels are instruments of diplomacy, how the floating market was invented in 1971, what each of the city's museums is arguing about the country. Two new pieces join them, on the waterfalls and forests of Kanchanaburi and on the beaches within reach of Bangkok.

The AI travel assistant now draws on all of these guides, so it plans from the same research. It thinks about the shape of a trip rather than adding to a list, and it will tell you when a plan is too full and what you might trade. It is also clearer about what it cannot check: timetables and journey times are yours to confirm.
