I tried five different times. I used characters,numerals and letters for a password and it tells me that I have to use characters,numbers and letters for a password which I did. When I finally made up the password that they were satisfied with they stated that my user ID was not found. Obviously that’s because it won’t let me create an account. Back n forth and around and around. This is annoying. I want my money back. I think it may only work on a computer and not an iPad but nowhere is that stated! I’ve had at least one Mah Jong 2x but cannot figure out how to expose those tiles. Have looked & looked for instructions but there aren’t any I can find. I want my $$$ back😡 ### 1/5 — Pay money, money, money! *2023-10-15* Wait a minute…You pay for the app. Then they want you to pay for membership. Then after 2 games you run out of coins and they want you to pay to get more so you can continue to play. And then you pay a 4th time for dragon chips (whatever they do). And there are no instructions on any of this. The only suggestion i have is when you log in and start the game you should add “waiting for players on the spinning table” no one knows what is happening and why the game wont start..They don’t realize the game will start as soon as another player joins the game. A few things… 1. while I was assessing and organizing my TWO hands, the game started and gave away one of my important tiles. I ply in Fast mode in the REAL MAH JONGG app, so I’m not a slow player. Giving players a minute to decide hands isn’t unreasonable. 2. App rules would be nice, such as “what to be aware of during play”. Can we see our accumulated point score somewhere?. Until they improve play, I’m giving 2 stars.
