As you may know we have to recharge almost $10 only to receive that OTP. Charges are often applied without prior notice or proper explanation — whether it’s for low balance, card maintenance, or SMS alerts. Customers deserve transparency and better communication. I expect a bank to build trust, not erode it with surprise deductions. Please address this issue and improve fee clarity. Worst quality assurance and testing. The other problem is it does not allow taking screenshots. This feature is available in every banking app I have used. I couldn’t find detailed CR/DR transaction information or account statements anywhere in the app. A banking app should provide complete transaction details without forcing users to visit a branch or switch to Internet Banking. The user interface is confusing, and the overall experience is frustrating. Please fix these fundamental issues instead of focusing on cosmetic updates. You will receive the PDF statement in your registered Email ID. ### 1/5 — Pathetic and very disappointed *2026-03-29, version 8.3.0* I’m very disappointed with the SibMirror+ app and the bank’s support policy. I currently live in Canada but hold a bank account in Kerala, India. My registered mobile number is still my Indian number, which I don’t have access to here. When I tried contacting support through the NRI option in the app using my Canadian number, they refused to help just because I wasn’t calling from my registered number. This is extremely frustrating. If I’m overseas, how am I supposed to call from my Indian number? There should be alternative ways to verify identity, like security questions, email OTP, or other authentication methods. It’s honestly disappointing that a bank relies on such a limited verification system with no proper backup options. This kind of policy makes things very difficult for customers living abroad. ### 1/5 — Fund transfer OTP *2026-02-06, version 8.2.26* I face this situation for quite a sometime. While transferring funds, sometimes (not always) SIB Mirror + asks for OTP. As soon as OTP is entered, it goes to next validation page and within one or two seconds closes the app and comes out unable to transfer funds. It’s really pathetic when we are in desperate situation for transferring funds. Any solutions? The app is latest updated. ### 1/5 — Crazy and lazy bank *2026-01-25* I had to send money to my friend, who lives in another country, I go to the bank for the same, they inform me that the app is equipped for it, I happily do the transaction, then my friend informs that they never received the money , I call the bank, after which they inform me that my friend’s bank had certain enquiries , that I had to send for the transaction to proceed ( mind u i call the bank 4 days after the transaction for them to info me about this only to not inform me what the requirement were and the bank proceeds to ignore me,until I call them back to ask, what are the requirement that I had to fill in , for the transaction to proceed) I send the necessary detail within 14hrs , and at this point I’m frustrated with the bank cause they do t even update about the transaction , anyway , I wait for another 2 days to ask my friend if the money was debited to their bank, surprisingly no money was debited, so I ask the bank to send me the detail , with the help of which I can track the transaction( at this point , I should have just mailed the money to my friend and they would received the money a lot quicker than the bank **Developer response:** We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. It could have done from online net banking but because of there cooling period I was unable to do anything which caused a huge loss for me.
