Je suis hors de Côte d’Ivoire et ça me cause beaucoup de désagréments. À quoi sert-il de payer des frais pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas. Les services bancaires en Afrique, c’est la médiocrité par excellence. Pfff ### 1/5 — Mauvaise Application *2024-07-24, version 5.0* Simplement nulle ! Ne sert pas à grande chose. ### 1/5 — Option virement *2024-01-08* Depuis cette nouvelle mise à jour avec la nouvelle interface, on n’arrive plus à faire de virement de son compte courant vers le compte épargne ! ### 1/5 — Application très limitée *2019-11-29, version 4.4* Sert juste pour la consultation des comptes, rien plus. Impossible de faire un quelconque virement. En plus impossible de changer le mot de passe quand on ne vit pas en Côte d’Ivoire car on vous envoie le mot de passe temporaire par texto au lieu de vous l’envoyer par mail.
