The app itself is a nightmare. I get error after error. Also, this is not a joke, I got 30 of the same notifications within a minute. It completely locked up my phone. Customer support is brutal. She tested negative, and now that I reached out to them they are refusing to refund me. They are stating that we got the results, I told them yes, my daughter had to use my husbands test. They are with that since we got results they will not refund me for both test kits my daughters boyfriend never got his. I had to download it to get my covid results and it just casts a bad vibe on the whole experience. You can’t have an app named Sick when people a waiting for medical results. Test is ‘free’ - no insurance necessary. Results will be emailed! We’ll, results will NOT be emailed, but you’ll have to download an app. Yes, another app. Ok. A day later the app tells you that the results are in, alas, that’s all, the app won’t show the results in any way. There is a message in the app telling you that they need ‘missing’ documents without telling you what documents that would be, which doesn’t matter because the link doesn’t work anyway. I tested this link than on my computer and same same, nothing works. The app wants you to take a photo of ‘the’ QR code- which, hello of course you don’t have and wouldn’t know where to get. Airlines didn’t accept the test as “authorized” by the CDC which meant United wouldn’t let us board. We lost all our deposits and never made our vacation destination.
