It’s so reassuring to see a low sick number - especially these days when the slightest sniffle makes you feel like you have COVID! Being able to check my number takes some of the stress away. I really do want to use this app. but the app always crashes or closes right when I open. It still needs to gather information about me I assume but it never gets past that point. Customer support is non-existent. Just an email address on their website that never responds. ### 1/5 — This app is impossible to cancel. *2021-09-05, version 2.5* I’ve been trying to cancel a trial subscription for several day. The support address they give out comes back as “no such address.” I found an address that is suppose to be use for general questions. I received a “do-not-reply” message saying if you want a real reply don’t put “cancel” in the subject. I did that and finally got a replay that said they could not cancel my subscription…I would have to do it. Then they gave me brief instructions on how to do it…that go no where. Alas, they can not unsubscribe me and I can not unsubscribe me. Unfortunately, it did not work well for me. The bottom line is that I already knew I was getting sick before the app “predicted” it. I like how accurately it predicts how likely you are to get sick . Now I relax when it goes to yellow and try to become less sick. This is super cool! The app works well for me and I use it everyday. ### 5/5 — A Key Tool in My Health Regimen *2022-02-11, version 2.11* After using the SickPredict app for an extended period, along with my Apple Watch, a sleep app (I’m now using AutoSleep) and periodically checking my blood O2 (since my watch doesn’t have that feature) I can confidently say that the daily feedback from SickPredict is substantive, timely and actionable. When it indicates that my personal health data is trending in a concerning way, it is a great “early warning indicator.” My personal experience is that if I honor this early information I avoid being at risk of an illness. It is really excellent at telling me when I’m run down (poor sleep, poor blood oxygen level, heart rate variability). These are great indications that I’m getting sick, or at least vulnerable, and I should take extra care of myself. A great tool in my Health Tool Box right now and always!
