## What is SICOM?

This SICOM MyLink app aims at providing a mobile platform for customers to view their policies at glance and to engage with SICOM through an array of e-services including the possibility of paying for outstanding invoices and submitting a claim notification.

The public at large can also download the App and subscribe with SICOM to learn more about SICOM products and services, and can request an online quote for the product of their choice.

The functionalities present in the app are as follows: -

Get an Insurance Quote instantly
Payment of outstanding dues
Submit Claim Notifications for Car, Home and Medical with the possibility of uploading documents, pictures, voice note and even sending Google Map location
View Policy Details
Hassle-free and streamlined registration process with secure mPIN and biometric login
Ability for customers to refresh their personal information (email address and phone number)
Locate SICOM branches with Google Map together with branch contact details
Contact Towing Services and submit a query
