## What is Sicon Service v21?

iOS version of the Sicon Service Manager Mobile application. This will connect to your installed Sicon WebAPI and Sicon Service Manager for Sage200 to provide on-the-go data capture and planning for your field service engineers.

### 21.0.13 — 2022-03-23

New online "Found Stock" service, enables engineers to search online stock list and select a part from their entire company catalogue. Also included is bug fix occurring from selecting serials.

### 21.0.12 — 2022-02-10

Added the Summary to the case overview screen
Fixed the start times used for grouping - they used estimated time bookings that could be incorrect
Arrival signature confirmation error on newly created ad hoc cases. Improved travel appointment display information
Amended the logic for "case complete" status, it's now based on having had the departure signature - there is also now a new icon on the appointment list when an appointment has tiem booked and work logged (the previous requirement for being complete), making it ready for the signature to be taken.
Tidied the text on the appointment list filters
Resolve URL inconsistencies that led to "Uri" errors on sync
Resolved an arrival signature confirmation error on newly created ad hoc cases.
Resolved a serialization error with travel appointments
Amended the logic for "case complete" status, it's now based on having had the departure signature

Removed "show multiday appointments" filter - now behaves like it's always on
Appointment questions can now use file/photo type questions
Reworked the equipment reporting process - if the setting is enabled, it now requires you to create an equipment report for each appointment
Resolved an issue where equipment reports weren't associating with appointments correctly
Added a setting that controls the size of images uploaded.
Code changes to try to avoid question prompts happening multiple times

Fixed actual end time to be shown correctly on the departure summary page.
Equipment report pictures are now resized before uploading them to sage200.

Fixed an issue with serialized stock items not getting received and used on the app.

Fixed issue where editing workflow equipment reports not saving changes.

Updated iOS privacy to latest guidlines.
