## What is Sicuur?

Sicuur helps you stay with decisions you made when things were calm.

Create your own rule, remember why it matters, choose what you want to do instead, and add protection before the difficult moment arrives.

When you feel pulled away from your decision, Sicuur gives you a short guided Pause to interrupt the impulse and reconnect with what you chose earlier.

With Sicuur you can:

• Create a personal Sicuur Plan around relationships, gambling, drinking, spending, digital habits or another focus.
• Use Pause for a structured 60-second reset in difficult moments.
• Protect selected apps and websites using Apple Screen Time controls.
• Schedule protection in advance for one-off or repeating times.
• Use optional Trusted Unlock so someone you choose can approve temporary access remotely.
• Check in privately and notice which triggers and actions are helping.
• Keep sensitive plans, reflections and check-ins stored on your device.

Sicuur is built around your own choices and your own device. It does not monitor another person, show advertising, or turn your private information into a social profile.

Sicuur is a personal productivity and self-management tool. It is not medical treatment, therapy, emergency assistance, or a substitute for professional support where that is appropriate.
