Can no longer pause it or rewind it back at all (used to be able to do so up to 30 minutes on my phone and several hours on my iPad). Would be such a blessing if this could be fixed. Have tried taking app totally off my devices and adding again, but for several months have only been able to watch from the time I go into the app, and pausing to write things down or go to start of programme is no longer possible. Streaming App is Awful. *2024-10-19, version 4.2* This app was good a few years ago, when you could pause, rewind, or scrub backward to catch the beginning of a show. Now you can’t do any of those things. To make matters worse, there is a streaming problem that causes it to jump back and replay the same few seconds you just watched, and then it jumps forward again, skipping over what you missed while it was looping. It’s sometimes continuous, making it impossible to watch. This has been going on ever since they deleted the pause and rewind features. ISN used to have a 24hr Youtube live feed, but that’s gone now. I really miss being able to tune in, but it’s too frustrating now. The ISN content is great (except for that 15 second ISN “station identification” song that plays during EVERY break - it’s like fingernails on a chalkboard, and I would often not tune in just to get a break from having to hear it. Please give us a reasonable way to watch your content, and please lose the station ID song - it’s like bad on-hold music they intentionally use to make people hang up while waiting to talk to a representative. I have been a subscriber of ISN for some time and have enjoyed the ministry immensely. Unfortunately, I have not been able to benefit nearly as much as I have in the past due to the format changing. I’m referring to the inability to rewind on the video broadcast . Previously, I could start watching a program and rewind to get to the beginning of when the speaker started ministering i’m just rewind to hear something again and truly be able to receive what God was saying. I cannot do that any longer with the way that it is set up now. This makes a huge difference. I do not enjoy this part of your outreach any longer. Is there ANY way you can change it back to allow us to receive the full ministry again? It would be greatly appreciated. Then when downloading Audio or video using 4G , it did not run I hope you can check on this issue.
