### 1/5 — Total waste of my time and $$

*2025-03-03*

What kind of Sephardi siddur is this? The order of the birkat hashahar is crazy starting with Amidah, “morning blessings “ in the middle of the list and then I had to hunt for the rest of them. Which were not any resemblance of Sephardi at all. The asher yatzar is plain ashkenaz, and mode ani should have the version for women ie modAh ani etc. it’s just very disappointing all around.

**Developer response:** Hi Nechama62,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear the app didn't meet your expectations. The Siddur is built using publicly available open-source texts (like Sefaria), which we integrate as-is—so we don’t author or alter sacred content ourselves.

That said, we absolutely agree that structure and accuracy matter—especially in something as central as tefillah. If the order of Birkat Hashachar feels incorrect or inconsistent with Sephardi nusach, we genuinely want to fix it. The same goes for Asher Yatzar and the version of Modeh/Modah Ani. These details matter, and your observations help us identify where to improve.

Please feel free to email us with specific corrections or trusted sources you think we should reflect. We’re a small project with a symbolic price (it doesn’t even cover development costs), but we’re 100% committed to building a high-quality, respectful experience.

Thanks again for pointing this out. Your voice matters in shaping the app.

### 1/5 — Wasted money

*2024-12-11*

I bought this app because I wanted to have mincha available to me wherever I was, however there is no mincha! And there's no shachris. What a waste of money.

**Developer response:** Hi Fradye,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration. The issue with missing prayers, including Mincha and Shacharis, has been resolved in our upcoming update (Version 1.6), which we anticipate will be available very soon.

In the meantime, we suggest ensuring your app is updated to the latest version when it becomes available. Additionally, you can access the prayers through our website for now, so you won't miss anything.

Thank you for your feedback—it's invaluable in helping us improve. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Best regards,
Dor Pascal
