There is no way to get in contact with anyone to help so I will be unsubscribing which is disappointing. ### 1/5 — Continued charging after cancellation *2025-07-02* I LOVE the sidemen & very much enjoyed this app. I actually previously rated it 5 stars, however I canceled my subscription back in Oct 2024 as a way to save a little money each month. I recently noticed that even though my app said the subscription had been canceled & I was receiving emails from side plus to re-join I was still be charged each month for the subscription. I assumed it was a glitch in the system & reached out to app support for a refund thinking it would be resolved without issue. I provided all of the proof where my app said canceled but I was still being charged. I was emailed back multiple times & told they would not be able to help me and that was because I didn’t request the refund within 24 hours of the charge. I explained again that I had canceled the app & didn’t realize I was still being charged as it wasn’t a noticeable amount on my bank account. I was then told that I had two separate subscriptions one through the app with Apple Pay & one through my email. Again I explained that this didn’t make sense as before I canceled I wasn’t being charged twice a month & my Apple Pay is linked to that same email they said I was using so how could I have two subscriptions under the same email. I was transferred to someone else and was essentially told the same thing. While I still love the sidemen & very much enjoyed this app I feel as though it is no longer safe to have a subscription. The app scammed me for months without my knowledge and once reported would not assist with a refund even with the proof I showed where I assumed it was cancelled.
