That sounded like a good deal, so I clicked the link. Unfortunately, the delivery fee was less, but not zero on my order. Therefore, I canceled Deliver Club. That was 15 minutes ago, and it’s still trying to cancel. This is my second attempt at canceling the Club. I’ve already closed the app completely and tried to cancel Delivery Club before with the same results. I’m going to have to call. Reviews on Reddit are complaining of getting charged AFTER canceling. Not inspiring confidence, to say the least. I’m thinking close to scam. I pulled up sidecar delivery, grub hub and door dash and ordered the exact same thing on each service and sidecar was by far a VERY significant amount cheaper. My driver was super nice and let me know exactly what was going on with my order, where they were and when they would arrive. They also arrived faster then the amount quoted. I love to support local businesses and I will continue to use sidecar delivery.
