Did not like it at all. The cashier’s attitude was oh well that’s too bad. Charge me full price for the second donut, even though she saw that I was throwing away the first one. While the address is correct in the app and on the receipt, the Uber Eats delivery was sent to the wrong location. When I called the store, I was told to “fix it” on my end. I provided screenshots showing that they had set up the delivery to an address different from what is in my profile and on the receipt, but I was met with “not our problem. Call corporate or something.” I also tried to message Sidecar about the app, but the page was not found. There’s no way to escalate this issue. Despite all this, they kept the $100 nonetheless. I believe the app should be removed from the App Store until these issues are resolved. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work (for me) *2025-07-11, version 1.1* Can sign up (doesn’t allow me to hit submit after filling our information). Then it asks me for a phone number and it says it’s already in use… DUH!! And it will not allow me to access my account even tho it logs me out itself. I’m unable to login as it says my email is already being used. When I enter a different email, it says my account can not be shared. So what is one to do? I can still login thru the website; however, rewards are not accessible (for whatever reason) thru their desktop platform.
