But each year they make good changes, especially if you’re an iOS user. They really try to mimic the user functionality of Apple. I haven’t sent a single text message or made a single phone call with this app. In fact, I’m barely even signed in, and already I am banned Until the 26th for abusive language. How do you get banned for abusive language when you haven’t used the app at all? Not a single text not a single call. This was a dumb experience. Thank you for wasting my time. Renewed as returning customer & account paid in full with still no access. Reached out to customer service/tech support & seems like you are talking to AI, not a human. You ask a question & receive a question as an answer. When you provide info you are asked the same questions over & over. They expect you to respond within a day or case is closed and you have to start again. Now I am locked out of many things and this account because it was being used as this number. They’re so worried about their appearance? They should be more worried about function. Every survey is about appearance. My messages don’t go through to people, almost weekly. I don’t get notifications for messages, so often I’ll open the app to send something out and have messages waiting. YOU MAKE ME LOOK BAD. I am a doctor utilizing an app so I don’t have to carry two phones while raising a family and it has not only lost me business, it has failed me in showing up for my clients and operating a professional establishment. Their “support” has never helped me either but has always just pushed off the problem. The company then acts like they are surprised by spam on their public facing answer. Before I was even able to make a call or text there was a restricted notification. I reached out to them for help. They told me I violated the terms. I NEVER USED THE APP! So how could I violate any terms and all I did was simply set up my account. They told time to reach out to Apple for a refund. Apple denied my request. So money was stolen on an app that I could not use. So long in fact, I think I am one of the original customers. My account says “early adopter” on it. Anyway, this has been incredible for me. You get a 2nd line on your phone (I use it as my business number) so I have my main line and the 2nd line. The best part of this app imo is the fact that you text and call from the same app and you can see all of the communications in one place. Particularly helpful if someone says they haven’t heard from you or they claim you are not responding to them. All the calls and texts are in one place. You can set calls and texts to have different ringers so you know when your sideline is ringing vs your main line. You can set out of office messages and have them respond to every call and text. Mine usually say I am out of the office for a week or so and who to call in my absence.
