Please update this app which is unusable as it repeatedly crashes regardless of what I try to do with the app.

Been trying for half hour to log into your website. Says I am already registered but cannot remember my password. It will not let me change it or find it. Just gives me a 4 digit code which does not work or take me to a place to change it.   Help!!
