We already pay very significant fees on both the buying and selling side. Maybe you should have offered lower transaction fees in return for the subscription. Sports equipment is not really my go to sales and I had no idea where I was about to sell them at. I came across this site/App specifically for sports and it did not disappoint.! I usually don’t leave great reviews for most of these selling apps, but I actually really like this one. The app seem to want to easily pass it over to you even though it is rightly yours from an item YOU the SELLER sold. THIS is insane. I have been dealing with the same issue for literally years. Nothing shows as intended. I can’t look at my locker, at items I have listed or the majority of filters. I get the same error message all the time. “Response could not be decoded because of error: The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” I’ve bought and sold items for years on the site, but basically have zero ability to utilize the app…very inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Terrible UI / Can't Price Drop by $ Amount *2026-07-31, version 3.86.0* Finding your sales To Be Shipped or Shipped items is in the unintuitive "Inbox". It should be much easier to find tracking and status. Maybe under Sales or anything that makes sense. You can't do a price drop by a $ amount, only by a percentage so the new price is strange non-dollar amount. Basic functionality like this is missing. ### 1/5 — Scam company *2026-07-22, version 3.86.0* No customer service, bought a bat for my son and seller shipped us a broke bat that the handle spins. Sideline told us that if us and seller couldn’t work it out they would step in . On more than one occasion I have had to file a missing mail request on items I purchased. I immediately told the site about it and called out the seller. I sent videos to the site showing that the stick was junk. My claim was denied and i got stuck buying a garbage stick. ### 1/5 — NOT HAPPY *2026-07-12, version 3.85.1* I purchased a glove and upon arrival it wound up not fitting. I reached out to the seller who has not responded back to me, and I also paid for insurance to return the item at which I have had so much trouble and it has been such a hassle to try to get the return resolved. I am now stuck with this item.
