So many clunky and buggy things to deal with. The mobile app is almost useless. The only reprieve is the ability to find ugc creators ### 3/5 — Immediately made me sign up for free trial to a paid subscription then didn’t even recognize email *2026-08-09, version 2.22* Tried signing up but when I provided an email as asked, I get an error message that said “Network error: Complete email verification before creating an account.” I haven’t gotten an email. So idk why I get an error message when I’m doing what they asked which is provide an email. ### 2/5 — This app isn’t it *2026-07-25, version 2.20* This app has no way to filter out all of the ai gigs, or a way to filter out what ads fit your niche.. no verified brand is on here but those slop ads spammed on TikTok and Instagram. Won’t Even Pay $70 Owed *2026-08-24, version 2.22* I tried to join a campaign with this app and when I left I have 7 eligible videos that went beyond 1k views and a month has passed and they still haven’t paid me the amount owed which is $70. Saying the brand has to agree with paying me before I can get that payment. It’s freaking $70!! How bad could it be if more than that. This app is the worst app invented. ### 1/5 — THIS APP IS A NIGHTMARE 🚨🚨🚨 *2026-08-22, version 2.22* This app has been a headache from the very first minute I started using it. The worst part is that I paid for the Pro version, the money was charged to my account, and yet, when I logged in, it still kept asking me to pay for the Pro version. There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this issue because apparently you have to pay for the full version just to have access to the help center. Absolutely unbelievable! I need a refund because I paid for a service that I am not receiving. ### 1/5 — A scam *2026-08-20, version 2.22* When I signed up I was required to select the free trial for Pro Annual. I was not given an option to just sign up for the free account. The Pro Annual membership free trial expired three days later and because of life I didn’t catch it and was charged the full amount of $59 for the year. The app is filled with nothing but AI gigs which I am not interested in at all. So now my time and money has been wasted. I can’t get a refund and I’m unable to use the app. ### 1/5 — Can’t verify email *2026-08-18, version 2.22* Paid for the subscription and as I was signing up, couldn’t get past the email verification.
