## What is Sidestand?

Sidestand is the motorcycle logbook for the road ahead and the miles behind. Turn ordinary rides into trips worth revisiting, stay ahead of maintenance and keep the records that tell the full story of your bike.

RIDES BECOME TRIPS
Log a ride from your final odometer reading, add a name and duration, then group rides into a multi-day trip. Add dates and road notes, see each day's riding, total distance and duration, and attach saved stops to build a simple touring roadbook.

MAINTENANCE THAT FOLLOWS THE BIKE
Track common service items by distance, engine hours or calendar interval. Sidestand starts with a universal editable schedule which you can match to your owner's manual, bike and riding conditions. See due and upcoming work, then keep a clear history of services, repairs, upgrades and inspections.

EVERY BIKE IN ONE GARAGE
Keep separate odometers, rides, schedules and records for each motorcycle. Two bikes are included in the core tier, with additional bikes available through Premium.

SAVE THE PLACES WORTH RETURNING TO
Drop personal map pins for cafés, viewpoints, camps, fuel and other useful stops. Add notes, browse them later and connect them to a trip.

KEEP THE PAPERWORK WITH THE BIKE
Premium adds a documents wallet for images and PDFs, including MOTs, insurance, service receipts and tyre records. Add expiry dates and enable local reminders for upcoming service and document deadlines.

A RECORD YOU CAN TAKE WITH YOU
Premium turns a bike's maintenance, rides and document index into a dated, shareable PDF with stable record IDs and page numbers—useful for your own records, workshop conversations and the day you sell the bike.

CLEAR SYNC STATUS
The Sync Ledger gives you one clear place to review pending ride and service entries and resolve each record individually.

Core access includes two bikes and a rolling 12 months of ride and service history. Sidestand Premium unlocks additional bikes, unlimited history, documents and PDF export. Monthly and annual subscription options are available in the app.

The starter maintenance schedule is general guidance for record keeping, not a manufacturer service schedule. Always follow the documentation and professional advice for your motorcycle.

MILES OR KILOMETRES
Choose your units in Settings. Odometers, ride distances and service
intervals all follow your choice — and your saved records are never
altered, whichever you pick.

SWITCH BIKES QUICKLY
Set which bike you're riding from Home or from the bike page. Sidestand
uses it for ride logging and service tracking.

ADD A BIKE WITHOUT THE ODOMETER
Not with the bike? Add it now and put the reading in later. Distance
service tracking starts as soon as you do.

SERVICE REMINDERS THAT REACH YOU
Reminders for distance- and hours-based service are now sent from
Sidestand, so they arrive whether or not the app is open. Calendar and
document reminders work as before.

FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
- Correcting a bike's odometer now recalculates upcoming service
  intervals from the corrected reading
- The maintenance panel shows what's coming next instead of reporting
  nothing due
- Clearer bike deletion, plus a fix for a mis-signalled active bike in
  the Garage
