Secara feature masih cukup membantu & mudah. Tetapi update klaim tidak realtime bahkan 2 bulan masih 10 % progress (mungkin karena petugas asuransinya malas update).
Pada akhirnya tetap harus telp manual, ini asuransi yang klaimnya paling lamaaa follow up nya dalam pengalaman Saya menggunakan asuransi mobil. Perlu 1 bulan sampai keluar SPK 🤪

Kalau tujuan adanya fitur e-klaim adl utk mempercepat proses, berarti fitur ini sudah GAGAL. Sudah 5 hari sejak submit e-klaim tidak ada perubahan status, tidak ada pihak asuransi yg menghubungi, sampai saya kontak call center sendiri. Info call center seharusnya 1 x 24 jam sjk submit klaim, ada pihak yg menghubungi, tapi sampai skrg tidak ada yg menghubungi. Tolong fitur ini diperbaiki atau kalau tidak bisa diperbaiki, dihapuskan saja. Sepertinya cara konvensional masih lebih cepat prosesnya.
