So far the quality of the products are good. But the delivery of the products is something you need to focus. Also I observed previously the Sid’s firm milk was available early in the mornings in the departmental stores, but now a days the departmental stores are mentioning vendor sending the milk packets on time. I would like to mention that logistics issue needs to be addressed. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-07-26, version 3.8.0* Tasted buffalo whole milk by ordering in zepto. Quality is good. But when I downloaded the app for regular purchase, asked me to recharge the wallet. After recharge app is showing no delivery at your location. When complained to customer service they came back saying they checked with the deliver agency and they said they have been delivering A2 Desi Cow Milk. And they were asking for proof. Support team doesn’t respond in timely manner to resolve delivery issue even after multiple attempts. I didn’t get refund either. One day, we didn’t receive our milk packets, but the app showed them as delivered. I contacted them through WhatsApp (the only option since there’s no customer care number). They said they had proof of delivery and would share pictures to confirm if it was our house, but after that, there was no response. Two days later, we found the milk packets placed on the compound wall of our apartment instead of at our doorstep. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time such poor service has happened. Very disappointed with their delivery and lack of communication. ### 1/5 — Keep on changing rate of the products *2025-04-23, version 3.4.0* Initially they gave curd combo of rs 55. All of the sudden they changed to 3 pack combo for 110 rs. We bought that for some time and now again they changed to 132rs same 3 pack combo. They fixed on rate as one curd pack cost 55rs. And so they keep on changing price within the price limit. Worst ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2025-04-01, version 3.4.0* Sids farm is getting cash free deposits typically as wallet recharges for the entire month and more. Even for customers who have been with Sids Farm for 4/5 years, the moment the wallet becomes negative they stop delivery without any notice. This worse than how goverment office work ### 1/5 — Poor quality & customer service *2022-10-01* Actually we are a customers of Sid’s farm from 2.5 years but from 1 month milk quality is so bad the Malay is very thin not like before & today I didn’t received milk who drink that milk my 4 yo I called to them usually the delivery boys will change so some time they didn’t deliver the milk on proper time so I called them I asked what happen they said ma’am you got -27/- negative balance so you can’t receive milk I stunned I monthly spend around 3000/- they didn’t bare -27/- & they said ma’am please update the wallet so you can get milk so okay I updated a wallet but we didn’t got milk time is 10’o clock now I again called I asked them what Happened they said milk is out of stock we can’t send now problem they don’t have proper knowledge & SIDS FARM DONT TRUST CUSTOMERS FOR -27/- I can’t understand what’s the problem with them ? ### 1/5 — Worst App ever made & disgusting service *2021-07-16* One of the strange apps ever made, if you add any of products in the cart it will automatically disappear later and then suddenly item will be placed for order even there’s no money added in the wallet and after a day or more you’ll receive a message that you need to pay for the product. However, there will be no notifications for the delivery of the product and neither you’ll receive any confirmation or call when this will get delivered. Meanwhile, if you have tried calling customer care they will simply respond that it’s been escalated and will tell us they’ll call back with the outcome. Again, a few days later will get a message stating that the product has been delivered to your address. That’s the tricky part thing is you’ll not even know when this has been delivered. So if you again go back to them saying there isn’t any product got delivered. Just casually they respond saying please check your CCTV footage and get back to us for them look into. Pathetic service and irresponsible delivery methods. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Terrible Product and Even Terrible Customer Service *2025-10-31* So yesterday(30th Oct) I ordered 16 cans of protein milk and the expiration for them is 2nd November. And I ordered this with the help of a customer support executive. If the expiration time is so small, why wasn’t this mentioned anywhere on the website or on the call. I have now 16 protein milk cans with expiration in 2 days! The number listed on the website always keeps saying, “Out of Network”. The customer representative “Kusuma” has just left me on read and there has been no updates from them. If you haven’t sorted the logistics, don’t launch an app!
