Например лазурный цвет может быть пурпурным. Пробовал объединить лампы MC Pro, pt2c, infinibar PB12. Не нашел почту поддержки решил написать здесь. Исправляйте свои лампы или приложение - производитель! ### 3/5 — Subscription Fatigue *2024-08-04, version 1.9.17* Another subscription just to access a ‘console’ view. C’mon, this isn’t a service. Besides this it‘s good. *2023-11-11* I am using Sidus Link for about a year now. On mobile everything is too small for me, so I am happy, that there is an iPad version now!! It is good, features are great and working very reliably. HOWEVER 😳- you can‘t control anything via Apple‘s shortcuts, nor Siri, nor anything else outside the app. That‘s a pity. Do I want to jump back and forth between 5 apps while I am running my stream? No. Please add the possibility of Shortcuts and Siri as fast as possible. Wireless DMX not working although it was said available by Aputure at NAB. Diagram Master is cool but does not work on iOS 15.5 , nothing happens when we select objects to add them into a scene. Not happy with my purchase at this stage ### 2/5 — Failure to save *2022-07-05* Losing hours of work to a faulty save system isn’t sitting well with me right now. It went something like this: Create plot > Save Plot > Close App > Reopen App > Plot has scenes missing > Recreate missing scenes > Save Plot > Close App > Reopen App > Scenes missing again! 2 Stars because it can still run the lights at least. ### 3/5 — Diagrams need work, the rest is great *2022-06-10* Love the app except for a few quirks with the diagrams portion, lighting portion works great for me. Text notes on diagrams renders to PDF super weird, everything looks fine until you try to export then it can land text blocks on top of each other. Walls… the blocks for drawing walls are silly, just give me a decent line tool. Take notes from a floor plan app for this Equipment descriptors. You really need to be able to move those around otherwise if you put stuff close together it gets all jumbled. I realize I can put stuff farther apart and tell someone it actually needs to be close but it’s better if the illustration can match closer to what I want. It would be nice to have a clearly defined edge of render, so you have a defined max space that will all be captured that you can see while working. ### 3/5 — Anmelden? *2022-05-28* Warum muss man sich anmelden um eine Lampe zu steuern? I have a paid subscription but can’t use it unless I’m signed in online. This is an issue because I use my iPad on set in a closed wifi signal that is linked up to my blackout or Luminair network. Other app subscriptions like blackout and luminair make it so you just need to sign in once a week or once every two weeks to continue with the paid privileges. That’s pretty terrible considering I’m paying for a subscription ### 1/5 — I paid but I don’t have access to the paid features *2024-01-31* Non existent customer support. I paid for the subscription but for some reason I still don’t have access to the paid features. I sent them 2 emails, the first one 6 days ago and the 2nd one yesterday, but I haven’t heard back yet. Please tell us your Sidus account, we will confirm whether your order is effective. ### 1/5 — The Diagram Master has a major fundamental flaw *2023-09-21* I purchased Sidus Link so that I can use their diagram master tool and it’s fair to say I’m very disappointed. The diagram master has a fundamental flaw to its design that makes it near unusable because of how inefficient it functions. The sensitivity of the touch screen to move around the page makes it near impossible to click on items and move them around. Itook me over 5 minutes to expand the “wall” as it wouldn’t click on it and instead it just moved around the page. I got so frustrated I stopped using the app altogether and deleted it. Please fix this issue. I’m sad I wasted money on a tool that I can’t even use. If you’re looking to purchase Sidus Link so that you can use the overhead master tool, look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Diagram master made me loose all my work dont recomendd *2023-08-29* Second time the app bugs and them all my layout shrinks to the bottom of the screen loosing ALL my floorplan ### 1/5 — Production Roadblocker *2021-10-12, version 1.6.6* Great app, amazing features, not acceptable that we need to ‘login’ to use the items we’ve paid for. It’s enough that that for the first time our new studio build out hasn’t started with Aputure lights on top of the list. I can’t even put a camera in my custom scene let alone start dragging in different light. Even thought this app can blink the lights, show me power levels, and adjust brightness, it constantly says network failed so none of the color options or color picker is available. Tried resetting and placing the lights next to my ipad, but no luck. Bluetooth settings say everything is fine, so the app is useless. Save your money until they fix this. **Developer response:** Hi there, sorry for the inconvenient. Could you please delete the lights and try to re-add the lights again? If you can’t find your MC light here, you can reset the Bluetooth on the light. Please try this to see if it will help with the connection problem. I’ll keep using it as long as I can. ### 5/5 — Can we get Split View Compatibility? *2024-04-20* This is a great app and I enjoy using it, and with that it deserves a 5 star review. Only thing that can make this app better is Split View compatibility! ### 5/5 — Robust and reliable through 5 union feature films *2023-05-13* We’ve been Sidus Link users since 2020 when we bought our first Aputure lights, and have exclusively used Sidus Link as our lighting control app since then through 5 union feature films and several commercials in between. With every update Sidus has improved connection and connectivity, and the current version of the app is very robust and reliable. We use a Bridge that stays Velcro’d to our iPad and we use that unit as the master control unit. We never shut down the Sidus app while we’re on set. We also make sure every light has the latest firmware. If you do these three things, you will have a very reliable Sidus experience. The users who are having trouble with their Sidus Link are likely doing two things: Quitting and relaunching their app frequently, or walking away from their master control unit and losing connection to their master controller. If you utilize a Sidus Bridge, make it the master controller and keep it with your tablet or device, you will have a much better experience. Open the app, connect to your master controller, and don’t quit the app. It’s that simple. CC groups is awesome and there are so many great innovations on this app. ### 5/5 — Diagram Master! *2023-04-14* Absolutely love this app. It has the cleanest UI for wireless lighting control on the market. But honestly my favorite feature is diagram master. I’m a huge fan of lighting breakdowns and this is the best tool I’ve found for the job. It will even calculate the power draw from the lights for you. It’s a really handy tool to keep around for location scouts to effectively communicate a lighting plan to your team. It’s become an essential part of my workflow. ### 5/5 — Hands-down the BEST lighting control app *2023-04-04* I've tried a lot of lighting control apps, but non have been as powerful as Sidus Link. I love that I can set up a few lights, click on the app on my iPad, and create a few groups easily and adjust colours and intensity. I do not expect this app to replace my gaffer and a grand MA console, I do not expect this app to replace a 500 dollar iPad lighting console app, I don’t expect to add in other brands. I also am happy I can use the app without having to create seven universes, program dmx, use my computer science degree to get color and saturation working. Love this app. Love it for what it is.
