With the SIEGENIA Comfort App, multiple products from SIEGENIA can be operated via one single app – from AEROPAC and AEROVITAL wall-mounted ventilators and AEROMAT VT window ventilators,ranging to the DRIVE axxent DK window drive and the MHS400 and DRIVE axxent HSA lift-slide door drives, and extending to the KFV GENIUS motorised lock for your entrance door. If you have already come to appreciate the control of your devices via radio or infrared remote control, then you can enjoy a whole new dimension of room comfort with this app. 

The technical prerequisite is the purchase of a WLAN-enabled version of each device, which can be used either as a stand-alone WLAN solution or integrated into your home WLAN network. Commissioning is self-explanatory and incredibly quick and easy. 

Ease of use is also a top priority for the other features of the SIEGENIA Comfort app. Depending on the functionality of the individual device, it will always offer you the latest status feedback from your SIEGENIA product, such as information on the open status of windows, lift-slide doors and entrance doors. Wieder runter auf 1 Stern da nach einen update der App leider wieder keinen Zugriff auf die Geräte möglich Das letzte Update hat leider wieder alles auf ungenügend zurückgesetzt schade 

Ergänzung von 1 auf 4 Sterne 
Seit Update lauft es jetzt seit mehreren Wochen sehr stabil 
Geräte lassen sich problemlos bedienen 
Die von den Geräten gemessen Temperaturen erscheinen mir im Vergleich zu elektronischen Thermometer ein wenig zu hoch.

Sorry hab selten so eine schlechte Anbindung von Geräten in einer App erlebt 
Eine Steuerung über die App ist so nicht sinnvoll möglich. Bei 10 Versuchen ist 6 mal keines der beiden Geräte in der App sichtbar. Bei den anderen 4 Versuchen ist ein Gerät sichtbar.
Beide Geräte gleichzeitig Fehlanzeige 
Bei Geräten die über 1000 Euro pro Stück kosten sorry aber ist das einfach nur peinlich

Habe für viel Geld mir ein FingerprintSystem gekauft von Sigenia, um unsere Haustür auch via Handy von extern öffnen zu können. Leider funktioniert das Login die App nur sehr unzuverlässig. Tageweise gar nicht.

Leider werden Türen oft in der App über w lan nicht gefunden. Obwohl eine stabile Verbindung mit w lan besteht.
Super ärgerlich und nervig.
Hier muss an der Stabilität gearbeitet werden

Ich habe drei Lüfter gekauft, leider sind die so gut wie nie erreichbar über die app, da sie andauernd trotz gutem wlan die Verbindung verlieren. 
Ich frage mich, warum ich immer ein Passwort eingeben muss, um einen LÜFTER zu bedienen. Wer macht(programmiert) sowas?? Von Siegenia comfort, kann hier nicht die Rede sein.

Am Anfang dachte ich noch, Hey geiles Produkt, aber in Kombination mit der App ist das die reinste Katastrophe. Die Einstellungen werden nie so gespeichert wie man diese in der App gesetzt hat. Silent Modus funktioniert leider gar nicht. Mitten in der Nacht dreht permanent der Lüfter hoch und wenn man Tagsüber im Büro sitzt und arbeiten möchte dreht der Lüfter auch automatisch hoch obwohl man dies in der App anders eingestellt hat. Benutzerfreundlich ist dies leider nicht. Leider keine Kaufempfehlung!

Wir sind Verarbeiter von Siegenia-Produkten und normalerweise sehr zufrieden. Doch diese App ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Lüfter in meinem Büro verbindet sich quasi nie, weshalb auch seine gesamten Funktionen nicht genutzt werden können. In Verbindung mit dieser App sind Lüftungsgeräte von Siegenia für mich unverkäuflich. Zum Glück habe ich es erst selbst getestet, bevor ich auch nur ein Produkt verkauft habe.

There is no usermanual available, only FAQ. Siegenia does not reply to userquestions. A lot of annoying messages: its either all or none. No backup of settings/accesscoded.
