## What is SIENG?

SIENG is the official consumer protection platform of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, authorised by the Department of Internal Trade (DIT), Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC). It connects consumers directly with the responsible government authority, making it easier than ever to raise concerns, submit complaints, and seek resolution.
