My boyfriend with an iPhone X is able to see all of his runs plotted on the trail map with speeds for each area of the run but this did not work for me or my friend with the 11s. I’ve skied exclusively Sierra for decades. Love the desire to help from all employees and have No desire to go to other ski areas. The up to the minute photos are really helpful for making decisions to head up or not. Why does having a FB account matter? Why are non-FB users excluded from getting full use of this app? Fix all this and I'll reconsider my 1 star rating. ### 2/5 — FB Integration Non Functional *2025-12-30, version 5.21* It seems like the FB integration isn’t working, meaning half of the app features don’t work. ### 2/5 — App needs more attention *2017-02-07, version 5.10.7* Overall, it isn't the worst app for a ski resort, but...here are some of my gripes: 1) there are hardly any deals posted ever; 2) the blog wall is very infrequently updated; 3) the web cams are often offline or not a current feed; 4) the videos on the interactive trail map are random, inconsistent in quality and length, and pointless; 5) notifications are days or even weeks apart; and 6) the video report is also random and provides no information or purpose whatsoever. Some things I would like to see are: 1) integration with CalTrans/CHP road information & traffic cams; 2) more frequent social media updates...hours apart, not days or weeks; 3) food menus and "ski-ahead" online ordering; and 4) "flash sales" of food/beverages/apparel/buddy passes, utilizing app & mobile push notifications and email blasts, and lift digital signage, etc. Our family are season pass holders and Sierra at Tahoe is our favorite place to ski...their app functionality and utilization just needs to catch up with the quality of the facility and the people that make Sierra a must-go destination. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Awesome *2026-01-31, version 5.21* App ls cool ### 5/5 — Love It *2026-01-05, version 5.21* I have been skiing at Sierra for years.
