Only one of us managed to buy a ticket after several attempts, the other one gave up after trying 15 times. The whole setup of linking accounts is incredibly complex and makes no sense. The payment provider just immediately declines most credit cards. They ask a ton of data even for simple things like the invoice address (why do you need ID or passport number for that) You can’t use the same invoice address in multiple accounts (what if I want to pay for my partner’s or friend’s ticket?) Three different login systems are confusing. The website is slow and does give clear indications whether something is loading or just broken.
