Lots of options to unlock the door. The app is terrible. I have it set to get notifications when the door is unlocked and I was getting them in the beginning and then they just stopped. The unlock log is behind and is never up today today is November 21 and it is only showing the log for up to November 1. Those were two of the features I liked most about the app. Everything was working fine in the beginning maybe it was the latest update created these bugs I’m not sure if it started around the same time but it’s really annoying. ### 3/5 — Its good but *2023-09-23* Great device but i wish they can implement a widget or add it to apple home or the apple watch would make this app 100x better hope this can be a future update ### 2/5 — Fingerprint Reader faulty *2023-09-15* Fingerprint sensor will not hold fingerprint reading for more than 6 hours. Once entered the lock will work great as advertised. But 6 hours later the sensor fails to read the print and becomes useless. Change it back! ### 4/5 — App uninstalls *2023-04-19* App is good over all but Un installs on its own and you have to download App and login again. It’s happened a few times with multiple people who have our login for this lock. Key Cards can only be timed for once a day. If possible could you add the function to allow multiple times a day access. Ie: 10am - 12pm AND 2pm - 4pm. As of now, you can only do once per day. That is creating a huge struggle. The same for passage mode, it’s vital that we have multiple times a day for access, until this is fixed, it has rendered our 6 door locks as completely useless. It’s been an investment for us that will ultimately go to waste without these updates.
