Lots of options to unlock the door. The app is terrible. I have it set to get notifications when the door is unlocked and I was getting them in the beginning and then they just stopped. The unlock log is behind and is never up today today is November 21 and it is only showing the log for up to November 1. Those were two of the features I liked most about the app. Everything was working fine in the beginning maybe it was the latest update created these bugs I’m not sure if it started around the same time but it’s really annoying. ### 3/5 — Its good but *2023-09-23* Great device but i wish they can implement a widget or add it to apple home or the apple watch would make this app 100x better hope this can be a future update ### 3/5 — Was great until last update. One feature I would love to see is have the Deadbolt & Door Knob Lock be able to communicate with each other. When if I unlock the door knob with a code or finger print, so should the deadbolt. The screws he used were cheap and we couldn’t get them out because the threads were worn. The app is pretty unfriendly in terms of new users. Having two people with the same lock has been a pain, so my partner uses the app and I have to use the code numbers. I downloaded the app register, get code. Please advise how to register ### 1/5 — Sifely Gateway *2022-04-08, version 2.0.0* I bought the Sifely Gateway because I needed the extension within the home to be able to unlock door and has worked only two times in the 5 months that I have had it. The app is useless because you have to be right in front of the lock to open or lock it. Also, the gateway s suppose to work remotely…..it can’t even function within the vicinity of the lock and gateway itself. This App and the equipment need some serious work on them. Wasted my money on something that they state works and absolutely doesn’t. One last thing, their items are not compatible with any other apps, yet the competition items are compatible with the Sifely App. MajorRed Flag! Will never purchase their items again. ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t Purchase Again *2020-12-20, version 1.2.1* The lock it’s self works fine, the only reason I purchased the lock was for the Fingerprint opener that doesn’t work more than half the time. Please look into that ### 4/5 — Love it, for the most part. *2023-02-27* Dear Developer, this is a great product, but would be much more useful with a teeny bit more functionality. Key Cards can only be timed for once a day. If possible could you add the function to allow multiple times a day access. Ie: 10am - 12pm AND 2pm - 4pm. As of now, you can only do once per day. That is creating a huge struggle. The same for passage mode, it’s vital that we have multiple times a day for access, until this is fixed, it has rendered our 6 door locks as completely useless. It’s been an investment for us that will ultimately go to waste without these updates.
