Eine Kernfunktion fehlt daher. Got this on a friend’s recommendation and we have both replaced our wall units since then. Now its just a brick on my wall that I now can’t get any data from for my reimbursement on my electrical bill. ### 1/5 — Lacking. Boring. *2025-10-01* As a tech to have to pay taxes on the charger is even too much $. Don’t know why anyone would want to use it. Why is there like 3 different apps? Can’t you just pick one and make a single good one?? There is no scheduling or helpful charger control. The SOC needs manual % put in every time. No time of use support. No direct exporting of the usage. To me the chart hours numbers don’t make sense, it’s the hour number rather actual time. Hour 1 for midnight to 1am , which is consider that to be 0, And then say you wanted to know what you used at 10am you could go to the 10.. not the 11. ### 1/5 — Trash *2025-01-22, version 3.14.1* This app is trash and won't connect to the charger. Have to delete profile and reconnect within the app after every charge. Have newest Google WiFi. Buy a Tesla charger. I work for the company and they have to give this away. ### 1/5 — Pure garbage. *2024-04-03, version 3.11.0* Won’t scan the barcode when in broad daylight and plain view, takes FOREVER to connect, connection is trash and errors out, then when you come back the next time you get to do it all over again. ### 1/5 — Lacks Functionality *2023-12-11, version 3.9.0* The existing complaints are valid. 1. We have the Versicharge 3 with wifi. Every time we get a hydro glitch the charger appears to reconnect to our wifi and all status lights are normal. But the charger will not connect to our electric car or charge it. I must manually cut its power and wait 10 minutes for it to reset. This terrible bug needs a software fix. 2. Simple monitoring is no real help. If Siemens software developers have no better ideas they should be fired and replaced. I can think of a few good ideas and I’m sure there are others who have better ideas. 3. For starters try an on-off remote function. Sometimes charging needs to be remotely interrupted or controlled. 4. Also an alert to phone or device if there is a problem and also when charging is done. Especially useful for condo dwellers who form the majority of users. Is anyone listening? Auch bei bestehendem WLAN - alle anderen Geräte haben eine stabile Verbindung - ist ohne Neustart nichts möglich. Egal wie gut oder schlecht eine App ist, ohne ein zuverlässiges Endgerät funktioniert es nicht. Darauf habe alle sehnsüchtig gewartet. Die lieben Softwareentwickler sollten sich lieber die Bewertungen durchlesen was alles nicht geht und ihren Focus darauf legen. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht vom Global Player Siemens. Alle versprochenen Funktionen funktionieren ohne Probleme. Dank Sifinity Charge App kann ich jetzt auch meine VersiCharge mit Freunden teilen und sie in der Sifinity Charge App öffentlich sichtbar machen. It would also be great to have an export option even as a .CSV and share option to email to yourself or someone for easy access on a computer. Please consider this change as things would significantly speed up the expensing process and make everyone I’m sure a lot happier.
