CLIENT MESSAGING Sift’s messaging system allows you to send emails and attachments to your clients without having to ever go into your email. I have the paid version so there are great features that come with that and is worth every cent. If you want to have multiple forms which was the whole reason I really enjoyed this app in the first place. That monthly fee amount is absurd. It should be free to have multiple forms … I could MAYBE justify $3.99/mo for something like that would be reasonable. I spent so much effort in using this as my order form site just to have it change to make it $9.99. This was supposed to be for small businesses… and now you want to charge what Netflix does- for what???? ### 2/5 — Not very user friendly *2023-01-25* I like the idea of this app, but I don’t think it’s very user friendly. It’s not the easiest to navigate, and I needed to push every option in order to figure out what each icon was for. I was also notified by a customer that the the email they receive communication from, is a SWIFT email and not my business email. This May also seem small, but there’s so autocorrect or anything in the messages with customers. I selected to receive notifications from the app in my phone settings, but I have yet to receive one notification. So I need to keep checking the app to make sure I haven’t received an inquiry. I have also sent an email to the ‘help’ email provided for all questions over a week ago, and haven’t received a response. Again, this app has good intent. However, it has not been executed very successfully ### 4/5 — Nice app *2023-01-21* I really like the ease of the set up and the way it looks. My only issue so far is not being able to remove some of the “required” lines. Some of my customers don’t have or want to share emails and they can’t get past that part of the inquiry form. Some of the wording or questions they make you use I wouldn’t use. For example, instead of due date I would have used event date instead. It’s nothing major but it’s just something I can do on any other platform. Please make this for editable and not require certain wording or questions to be used on every form.
