Now I live in Dallas and every day is shows green/ no traffic on my route but is gridlock ### 3/5 — Late for work *2025-06-14, version 4.0.7* The app doesn’t load in the morning when I need it most before I head to work. I have 4-5 minutes before I get on the fwy if it’s clear. Otherwise I would take surface streets if I know there’s a backup on the fwy. ### 2/5 — Confusing info ➡️ unreliable *2025-01-14* Tapping on red diamonds to see if a freeway is open provides confusing info. It says I-405 north is closed at Skirball, but according to firsthand reports from friends as well as other sources, the freeway is actually open. I think what they mean to say is “the exit/entrance to I-405 north at Skirball is closed.”Sadly, the misleading wording makes this app unreliable, so I will delete it from my phone. ### 2/5 — Sugarless *2024-04-23, version 4.0.7* Crappy now. 2 ### 2/5 — Use to be a 5 star app *2024-04-08* This use to be a five star app because it worked as it should. Several times this year the notification stop working. That’s the entire purpose of the subscription. I have been subscribing for several years now but unfortunately this may be my last year year because I no longer receive alerts. I have contacted them several times but they do not respond. On top of the notifications not working properly the customer service it not all that great with responding as well. If it did work as it should like it use too, I would give five stars but unfortunately I paid for something I am not receiving. They don’t care enough to respond back so it’s time to cut ties. It was great while it lasted. ### 2/5 — Delayed Data *2023-09-05* I had high hopes for this app but it disappoints on a daily basis. The cons outweigh the pros. Pros - it’s easy to read without a lot of clutter. In my area it’s linked in with the DOT cameras so I can often see still photos of identified hazard situations. Cons - the information is so delayed that the wreckers are already loading the damaged vehicles before the incident shows up on the app. If you rely on this app to plan your route you will often be stuck. It only shows major highways so even the delayed data is limited. ### 4/5 — Love it in SoCal! Please add CarPlay! *2023-08-31, version 4.0.7* This is the best nav app for real-time driving in the LA area. But though this is best, I find that I use Sygic or MagicEarth instead because they have great CarPlay integration. Add CarPlay to Sigalert and it's back to my go-to nav app. ### 3/5 — Signal Alert *2023-06-25, version 4.0.7* Not show details on the crash site this a bug please fix this issue. ### 4/5 — Consistently accurate, have used for years *2022-10-19, version 4.0.7* Only problem I run into is speed information on the HOV lanes (at least in the Los Angeles area) keep disappearing. They’ll show up for a few days to a couple weeks and then drop off again. Don’t know if it’s a subscription thing, or just some quirk in the software interface with I assume Caltrans. ### 4/5 — Need Carpool Lane Info Back *2022-06-23, version 4.0.7* Please bring back the carpool lane traffic information back. ### 4/5 — So far, so good. *2022-06-01* I use Waze, exclusively, for navigation. While Waze shows traffic along your route and vicinity, that's it. This app allows you to view traffic for the whole region, with current speeds and traffic cams. And you don't have to enter a route to get traffic information, accidents, construction zones, etc. EDIT: I wish it would show the larger secondary roads that are often used by commuters to get around traffic on rte. 24, 128, 93 etc. like rte. 138 ### 4/5 — Need Car Pool Lane Info Back *2022-05-03* I use this app everyday. It used to give speed info for the regular lanes AND the car pool lanes, but it doesn’t show speeds for the car pool lanes anymore. This is a huge issue. Please bring back car pool lane specific speed info. ### 2/5 — Needs Refresh *2022-03-12, version 4.0.7* This app is formatted to the old iPhone layout. Needs a refresh. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-01-27, version 4.0.7* After the last iOS 15.1 update on my iPhone 6s I wrote that this app no longer will load. App now loads, but “Try Again” message is displayed every time the app loads before the app will display! It used to be a great app, indispensable here in the OC area of SoCal. Coincidence the app stopped working yesterday? Everytime you try to add a password the app closes. Waze, etc. don’t give you a single screen off key things to know about your route. This is a tool to use WITH your GPS… not replace it. I have waze but I don’t like it. I don’t care to know about others using the app. I just want to view traffic info, that looks professional and gets to the point. Especially since you can real-time view the cameras and confirm the road conditions.
