## What is Sightseeing Experience?

Are you visiting Italian cities or are you planning a trip to Italy?

This free application will help you plan your vacation in over 15 Italian cities.

Sightseeing Experience is an App for do-it-yourself tourists, an EASY and PRACTICAL way to orient yourself, move around, visit and discover the city.

Sightseeing Experience APP is a map to move from one place to another, a shop where you can buy tickets and day trips to the main Italian attractions, but it is also a guide to get to know the city.

In all the cities included in Sightseeing Experience, you will find the famous City Sightseeing red open-top buses with which you can visit the city seated comfortably and you will find a recorded guide on the bus that will tell you about the history, the culture and the city’s traditions.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Select your language preference among the 5 different languages available (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German), select the city and …

ORIENT YOURSELF with a city map also viewed offline where you will find the main tourist places, but also all the routes and stops of the open-top City Sightseeing buses.

MOVE with the help of an interactive map of the city where you will see all the routes and stops of the red open-top City Sightseeing buses, the actual spot where you can find the buses and YOUR position. It will be so easy to find and reach the nearest bus stop and estimate the time of arrival of the next bus. The map also highlights the main places of interest near the stops and departure points for day trips out of town.

The app is useless, not accurate, and the Milano experience is sub 0! Stay away!

Wenn man Tickets buchen möchte, kriegt man es nicht in einem Durchgang hin, ich hab mindestens 10 Anläufe gebraucht um final ein Ticket in den Warenkorb zu kriegen. Letztendlich hat sich die App bei der Buchung aufgehängt und alles musste von vorne eingegeben werden. 
Fazit, App unbrauchbar, verschenkte Zeit, werde direkt vor Ort buchen.

Die App kann man komplett vergessen.
Die angegebenen Zeiten stimmen selten. Ich werde nie wieder den Hop on Hop Off Bus benutzen. Volle Busse und lange Wartezeiten. WLAN an Board funktioniert nie.

Don’t waste your time using this - it’s fundamentally broken: it is slow to load, is unresponsive and has menu pop-ups that choose not to appear on screen half of the time and, if you actually do manage to get to the checkout screen, doesn’t actually let you purchase the tickets you painstakingly tried to configure.  Ridiculous that the app exists in this state. Use their website via browser instead. 

(Although having said that, Apple Pay doesn’t work on their browser either.)

Hopefully this saves someone the wasted time I had to endure.
