I have bought this pass as part of my upcoming trip however in the app or website it says that I don’t have any passes and I am not able to book any of the attractions that requires bookings in advance. I have contacted you few times and I have not heard back. Also I have paid extra for cancelation and I can not do that either as it says I have to contact customer services but you never respond! This is very ridiculous and just a waste of my time and unnecessary stress I don’t need. ### 3/5 — Ok but other passes seemed less difficulty prone. Rep I talked to was very specific about which pass she cancelled for us even giving me the specific pass she cancelled. I didn’t know that all 4 were cancelled until we were in NYC in line at the Empire State Building. Very disappointed in this error. ### 2/5 — Questionable value *2022-04-09, version 1.0.32* Before you buy read the small print. On paper sounds like an awesome deal however things to consider 1. Factor in the time for queueing for actual tickets as you still have to queue for the tickets for any event / place you need to visit so for example in New York for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island factor in at least half a day Also in a small print (as we found it) you can only use it against one attraction one time only - so you cannot use it for The edge for both in the day and at night you can’t do that. Also tickets are subject to availability so having this pass does not mean you’ll get into a place. As we also found out. The Observation Deck was closed on both days that we wanted to go, not a public holiday, just a regular tue/wed in February. You can’t book remotely a time slot for Empire State, Top of the Rock, WTC museum, you have to visit the actual site The attractions themselves don’t have trained staff to properly direct holders of Sightseeing Passes on how to get entry, especially the time slot constrained ones. The app instructions need to - be much clearer on how to redeem - enable time slot bookings / remote redemptions with ticket bar codes It will be chaos in the busy summer ### 1/5 — App crashes upon opening *2021-12-31, version 1.0.32* Every time. ### 1/5 — Vaccination requirements not updated *2021-12-26, version 1.0.32* Flew all the way to New York with our two young daughters aged 7 & 9, only to find that New York had changed the rules shortly before arriving that all children 5+ had to be vaccinated to enter all venues. SiteSeeing.com did not alert us to this fact which meant we have wasted $500 on a 3 day pass which could not be used as we were rejected from almost all venues. If you are going to charge customers this amount of money I expect your site information to be up to date. The site/app advised us that only children 12+ had to be vaccinated. We arrived on Tuesday and decided to use the pass on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that we could plan our sightseeing and also make some reservations so that we did not miss out on any attractions we wanted to see. On Wednesday we visited the Rockerfeller Centre to book in for the Friday morning and little did we know that by making a simple reservation as per the instructions and recommendations on the pass information it then activated the card without our knowledge and when we went to use the card on Sunday it had expired so we actually lost a day without our knowledge. We had to pay extra to see attractions that should have been covered in the pass. I would definitely not recommend this pass to anyone and there should be a way to make reservations to avoid line ups and missing out without the card being activated prior to wanting to use it. Very disappointed and will be putting my review on all sites for people to see ### 1/5 — False advertisement, horrible customer service *2022-07-06* This app glitches. This company has horrible customer service and false advertisement for so many of their attractions. Check out the reviews on Trust Pilot and better business buero, so many other experienced the same. I’d suggest purchasing the insurance if you do buy the passes because getting a refund has been near impossible. Great value in our opinion and we had no issue getting into attractions. We made 9/10 sights and felt that we achieved our goals! The key is to read about each attraction you may be interested in and PLAN! I learned real fast most complaints/bad reviews was from people not following directions.
