### 5/5 — i <3 Sigma

*2026-09-15*

i love this game. its like a video game aura tracker. super easy to track my lifts and doesn’t drain my phone battery like some fitness apps that i have used. super sick features like being able to battle with others to claim territory from ur workouts (abt to claim all of georgia), tracking my progress over time, having a section dedicated to my PR history, and predicting my next 1RM which motivates me to try heavier weights. also has encouraging messages daily that call me out when im being a chud and skipping my workouts. i WILL be achieving the level of gigachad soon.

### 5/5 — I love sigma sets

this is a w app im working towards becoming THE gigachad. currently chud level but this app will give me aura

### 5/5 — Sigma sets is dope

Lifting 4x a week trying to stay consistent. The gamification where you literally rank up your profile from a "chud" to a "sigma" based on your workouts is stupidly motivating haha
