All it does is write your name in different fonts it doesn’t create a ‘signature’

Hello,
I had subscribed to your app “Sign AI – Signature Maker App”, but I cancelled my subscription before renewal.
However, ₹699 was still auto-debited from my Kotak Bank account on 27 November 2025 under Apple Services. I want refund
