VISITOR SIGN IN
Visitors type their name, and if they've visited before their details are 
found automatically. New visitors fill in a simple form. You choose exactly 
which fields to show. Collect names, organisations, email addresses, phone 
numbers, reason for visit, member status, and a custom consent or 
permissions question, or keep it minimal with just a name.

EMPLOYEE SIGN IN
Staff select their name from your employee list and sign in with a single 
tap. No passwords, no fuss.

SIGN OUT
Anyone can sign out quickly by searching for their name, No scrolling 
through long lists.

ADMIN DASHBOARD (PIN protected)
• See everyone currently signed in at a glance
• Browse the full sign-in history by date
