I have the app set to wide open. Full location services. Always on and full notifications. Not sure what else to do to make the dang thing work ### 2/5 — Contact less sign in *2025-11-10* Like the idea I can walk into work without having to wait to sign in. This is only effective if the app picks up i’m at work. I go all day not realising the app has not signed me in. My app is up to date and work have investigated. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max. ### 2/5 — HAS POTENTIAL… *2023-04-21* Could be a good app, but the version I have, while having a reminder service, only seems to allow silent notifications, which results in me mostly missing to log out. You should have received an email invite with an authorisation code sent by your Sign In App administrator within the organisation. You only need to connect once, so as soon as you've been invited please enter the code on the email and you should be good to go. Would love to see this bug resolved so I can stay safe at my job! **Developer response:** Hi Hanne, thanks for the review! The automated signing out at midnight is an option you can change in the online portal. You can set a group to automatically sign out at a specific time, after a certain number of hours or not at all. If you go to Manage > Group > Sign out options on the online portal, you will be able to change this setting. Auto sign in and out doesn’t work the calendar doesn’t record your sign in and out times . It says it needs to be restarted after experiencing an unexpected error, but it fails to tell you how to restart it. Also lacks an intuitive UI and lots of convenience features like bulk booking, ahead sign in, a combo of the two. This app should focus in shortening user journeys to the point that user should not open the app at all if a user comes everyday to the office. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you've been having issues with auto sign in. This is a beta feature that relies on Apple's own geofence technology built into iOS. That being said, there are ways to improve its accuracy and reliability. Low battery mode should be set to off, WiFi on, an internet connection and a geofence at least 150 meters in radius. Support can help troubleshoot if you get in touch. ### 1/5 — Auto sign in *2022-10-02* Auto sign in feature as a fire evacuation tool is pointless - having left site multiple times this week it has signed me in once and out once all week. Several times leaving site could have allowed evacuation personnel to continue to believe I was in the building. Great in theory - poor in delivery. **Developer response:** Thank you for the review. The auto sign in feature is in beta testing, so please always check your sign in/out status as recommended when you enabled the beta feature. That being said, there are ways to improve its accuracy and reliability. We use Apple's geofence technology, and this requires low battery mode to be off, WiFi on, an internet connection and a geofence at least 150 meters in radius. The system works brilliantly, and the companion app is a great addition too, it’s the cherry on top of an already solid setup. Numerous feature requests we’ve made have already been rolled out! The Data Privacy, Evacuation list and Document/Message signing are stand-out features.
