Easy to use, great for customer acquisition and retention ### 5/5 — Super easy and helpful *2014-11-18* We recently used this app for a event with over 1,000 people. It was easy to set up, easy to sue, and easy to check who has arrived and checked in, who has not. Also, for different key notes, we created several different sign in sheets and use on different iPad for each key note. It is very convenient for attendee to check in, and we can view all the signins in backend reporting page, and easy to export it as cvs file. All in all, we have decided we will be using the sign in app for all of our large events moving forward. It was simply just such a useful tool and almost effortless to set up. We had A+ experience and recommend it to you. At last, it is totally free. ### 3/5 — testing for the moment *2014-07-15* Just to let you know. any attemprevits to edit sheets from Internet Exploresr 11 will not save the changes. Editing via device using Safari seems to save chaanges made. Testing is not complete yet from a live environment however will leave further review upon completion. The app also does not allow you to edit the event name or company name. It tell you that you can but does not save. Will not use for my event. ### 1/5 — It works but.... *2014-06-14* It works fine but if you create your own sheet, fields are limited to certain type of basic input. There is no "notes" or open field to add comments unless you use the pre-created sample sheets and if that is case some questions are not applicable at all and cannot be edited. Great idea but it still needs a lot of refining !!!!! Very frustrating. ### 2/5 — Too invasive for my needs *2019-03-03, version 5.2* I was hoping to use this to allow a group of teen volunteers sign in and out for their shifts. Unfortunately, this app does not allow sign out without requiring each volunteer’s email and I do not want to require them to give this app such information. This app may otherwise be great, but I guess I’ll never know. ### 2/5 — Limited unless unless you pay $200 *2018-12-11, version 5.2* Individual sign in will be email to you. So if you have 200 sign ins, you will get 200 emails. No capability to export one sheet of all 200 sign ins. If it always worked this would be a great app because it is super user friendly. I love that you can customize the sign in sheet itself to have some fields required and other optional. ### 3/5 — Happy...sort of *2016-05-19, version 3.2* Been using for a few weeks and the app works great. However, when trying to add new feature (such as sign out capability) to a custom form, the app tells me to ensure features that are already on the sheet are added and will not allow the sign out feature to be added. Also, a support email may help users address issues with app vs. having to call or leaving a review. Again, happy but need some support. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2014-09-17* Great app potential. However it stopped working for me and can't log in online anymore. It says user or Email not found. Also if I login through the app, I can't exit the edit admin. mode without deleting the app and reinstalling. No way to get to the sign-in mode. I tried the "sign out" function, but keep gets the message "first name and email address" must included, which I did. Please fix this in your next update. Also, is there an optional form that customer don't have to fill out? For example, if the customer don't want to fill out email or phone number, it still go thru instead of rejection. I was able to customize a sign in sheet, get virtually error free sign Ins except for the occasional person with low Vison or non tech person who just has a challenge with computers. However I LOVE this app! Just wish there was a way to use without Internet connection on my iPad! Other than that it deserves 10 Stars for being user friendly and simple to use and gives able effective and clean lead solution!!! THANK YOU!!!
