We bought an Alpha Sign pro and it is such a simple and versatile machine. Mike made sure we had everything we needed to operate. We had bought an older model through a third-party end it was a lacking some components. Mike’s customer support got us up and running quickly and he’s been so friendly and supportive we’ll certainly be getting our next sign from him directly!
