## What is Signal Bullseye?

Signal Bullseye turns your iPhone into a spatial antenna alignment tool. No GPS, no compass, & no external sensors required.

HOW IT WORKS
Mount your iPhone on the antenna mast. As you sweep, Signal Bullseye uses the camera as a position reference, tracking each pointing direction with optical flow. Every RSSI reading gets pinned to the exact direction it came from, visible as a colored dot on the live camera view.

When you've swept the arc, the signal map makes peak direction obvious. Steer back to it, lock the antenna down. Done.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Most alignment tools give you a live number and nothing else. You sweep, watch the meter, try to remember where peak was. Signal Bullseye builds a permanent spatial record of the sweep—every measurement anchored to its physical direction—so the peak is always visible and always returnable to. No GPS. No compass. No IMU. The camera is the only sensor involved.

BUILT-IN SSH TERMINAL
Signal Bullseye includes a full-featured SSH terminal emulator. Connect to any radio's CLI, run your RSSI polling script, and the app automatically parses signal values out of the output stream using a configurable regex. Works with Ubiquiti airMax, airFiber, and 60 GHz Wave radios out of the box, and any radio with SSH access to report signal levels.

SNMP POLLING
No SSH on your radio? No problem. Signal Bullseye also reads signal levels directly via SNMP. Add your radio as an SNMP host, select your vendor preset (Cambium PMP 450b included), or enter custom OIDs — the app polls once per second and feeds readings straight into the spatial signal map. No scripts, no terminal required.

KEY FEATURES
• Optical flow signal mapping — camera tracks pointing direction, no orientation sensors
• Live RSSI overlay — color-coded dots pinned to exact aim directions on the camera view
• Auto-Shoot mode — captures measurements automatically as the antenna sweeps
• Dual-polarization support — track Local V, Local H, Remote V, Remote H simultaneously
• Alignment report export — one-tap PDF with link info, peak RSSI for all polarizations, and the spatial map
• Built-in SSH terminal — full terminal emulator with host management and key support
• SNMP polling — reads signal levels directly from the radio, no terminal needed
• Vendor presets — Cambium PMP 450b built in; custom OID support for any SNMP-capable radio
• Secure Enclave key storage — SSH keys hardware-protected, never extractable as plaintext
• Custom regex RSSI extraction — parse any radio's SSH output format
• Saved command snippets — kick off a polling script with one tap
• Hard to see signal levels on the screen? Use the Apple Watch companion app

WHO USES IT
• WISP installers aligning CPE on point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links
• Backhaul engineers commissioning licensed microwave and mmWave links
• Tower crews aligning sectors and PTP dishes during new site builds
• RF technicians troubleshooting interference and verifying signal patterns

SUBSCRIPTION
Full access to the Signal Bullseye camera alignment system requires a Pro subscription (annual or monthly). The SSH terminal and SNMP polling are available at no charge. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

### 5/5 — So much faster!

*2026-05-18*

This makes aligning a breeze. You can sweep the antenna through a grid without losing track of which screw goes which direction, since you get the immediate visual feedback. Very interesting to see the antenna hotspots on the screen!
