Nothing is intuitive or user friendly ### 3/5 — Very Handy, With Room For Improvement *2022-11-04* EverTrue has moved leaps and bounds past competitors with an IOS app that allows direct access to the CRM. There are certainly opportunities for improvement to some features, but the current iteration beats logging into a web view thru a preferred browser window. EverTrue has proven to be very responsive to customer feedback, and I’m confident they’ll continue to refine this critical point of access for advancement professionals. ### 4/5 — Helpful for On-the-Fly *2022-11-04* Although it can be a bit of a mystery where to find some of the info you can find in the desktop, the EverTrue app is a super helpful tool to have in your pocket when you need information on-the-fly and in the field. The mobile experience for gift officers is light years ahead of Salesforce and Blackbaud which are the prior systems we used. ### 5/5 — Very helpful *2022-12-06* The EverTrue app feels like a Tesla compared to the legacy CRM clunkers. We used to use the Salesforce mobile app and it was terrible. Before that we used Blackbaud which was even worse. I can’t believe one of them hasn’t bought EverTrue. In the meantime, the EverTrue team seems genuinely committed to user feedback and focused on the advancement sector. ### 5/5 — Valuable on-the-road fundraising tool *2022-11-30* I would not be successful in my role as a front-line fundraiser without EverTrue app and the easy-to-use functionality. I’m quickly able to learn about a donor, see previous interactions, giving, and engagement/wealth scores. The integration with outlook and maps (google, apple, and waze) make working on the road effortless. I use the heat map of other donors in the area while planning trips. I use this tool everyday, and would highly recommend to your advancement shop. ### 5/5 — A Must for Any Development Professional *2022-11-15* EverTrue Advancement is a must have for any development professional but a game changer for those “road warriors” like myself! The app allows you to easily complete all aspects of trip planning, management and documentation right from your phone. I use it all the time to connect people with one another. Alumni forget classmate names or I may need to text a reminder about and event. We use it to plan our regional events and figure out our next alumni awardees! Whether it’s looking up constituents, planning trips, or entering interactions, both the laptop and desktop versions. Once you embrace the mapping and filter functions, the speed at which you can maximize your efficiency in prospect management. The addition of Windfall has been the best investment we’ve made all year.
