There’s been a lot of the time I was marked at disrupted driving When I’m in a parking lot or on the side of the road so there for I don’t get to use my 22 or 11 mile trip as counting towards my drive time. ### 3/5 — App *2026-08-09, version 2026.35.0* I’ve had difficulty with the app recording my driving. It displays more miles traveled than the odometer reading. Hard braking, inattention etc. it can’t tell when car play is playing music or the phone is being used. I have dash cameras so I’m covered when this POS reports inaccurate information. Seriously, I had a clean score/record through their program. Phone never in hand, no incidence, nada, clean 100. Had a weird yellow where I had to brake firmly, not hard, not even close to engaging ABS. 40-0 in ~4 seconds. “Hard braking incident detected, -10pts” For all the data they collect and undoubtedly sell to 3rd parties, surely they could make the app smart enough to know when I’m braking for a red vs whatever else they want to penalize. Also, “perfect” trips afterwards did not raise my score. I have been using the phone or picking it up less often unless absolutely necessary. Sometimes, I look for the nearest safe place to park to attend to my phone calls. I like using it because there is some type of accountability when you get behind the wheel. I no longer use my phone while driving and I am more focused on driving.
